Meeting Rooms

Whether you need a place to hold a meeting or host a party, the newly renovated Park City Library offers spaces available to meet your needs.

If you are looking for a private place to study or meet with a small group, study rooms are available during regular library hours on a first come first serve basis and are guaranteed for two hours once checked-in. Please inquire with library staff at the 2nd floor desk to check out a study room.

For room rental availability or to request a room, please use our online software, Spaces. The first time you use Spaces, you will need to create an account. Staff will contact you after you submit your on-line request.

Important Parking Information: The Library is located in a residential area and parking is extremely limited. The Library and Mawhinney parking lots are limited to three hours of free parking while the Library is open. (Mawhinney lot is located on the East side of Park Avenue, across the street from the Library.) The Library issues a limited number of parking passes for room rental events that are longer than  three hours. Please communicate to library staff prior to your event if you need parking permits for your event. It is the responsibility of the person who made the reservation to communicate that parking is limited and issue the number of permits provided to attendees. Note that parking permits do not guarantee that space is available.
