Learn how to engage your natural ability to be mindful. Â
Mindfulness practices are all about paying attention to the sensations in your body, the thoughts in your mind, and the environment you are in. Â
Each session will offer ways to relax the body and mind. Mindfulness and meditation practices will be taught in an easy and engaging class.
